I have a description, but what is the part number?
Our part number system is set up with a 5 digit prefix depicting the type of Jones Tube desired followed by a dash and suffix for the size of the tube (XXXXX-XXXX). Please see our part number guide on PG 3 of the 2024 Catalog for additional questions.
Is the Jones Tube safe for MRI machines?
Jones Tubes are made of 100% Pyrex glass and you will never encounter an interaction with the Jones Tube and MRI machines.
Is the product shipped sterile?
Our products are not shipped in sterile packaging, however please see our Sterilization Instructions for our validated recommendations.
Can I return the product?
Weiss Glass Cannulas can be returned at any time for replacement 100% satisfaction guarantee. Since each Jones Tube is made to order and not a stock item, Gunther Weiss Scientific only accepts returns when the outside packing slip seal has NOT been broken.
How fast can I get the product?
Most orders placed before noon PST will ship the same day. We offer 7 UPS shipping methods. Our ground service varies from 1 to 5 business days from our facility in Portland OR to anywhere in the continental USA. Please contact us directly for inquires about international shipments.
Do you sell a container to store the product?
The Jones Tubes can be organized and stored in our Blue Anodized Sterilization Tray.
Can I pay by credit card?
We prefer Net 30 payment terms, however in special circumstances we accept VISA or MasterCard with a 3% service fee .
